Ed next went to work with Ronnie Williams, President of Williams & Rowe Custom Homes. Ed spent four years at Williams & Rowe Custom Homes and was the leading sales agent numerous times. Ed left custom home sales for the promised opportunity to move into sales management with KB Home. Ed spent almost one year in sales during which he sold over sixty homes, and was awarded “The Best Community of the Year” for overall customer satisfaction. Ed was promoted to Manager of the Home Buyers Club / Offsite Sales team, and successfully managed his group into being the BEST TEAM in KB Home within the first year.
